NEW DATE: November 7, 2020 – HK360Xtreme Mayank Vaid

Extreme endurance triathlete Mayank Vaid will take on the first edition of HK360Xtreme for charity on Saturday, November 7, 2020.  The course is consisted of a SOLO HK360Swim(45km) around Hong Kong Island, then bike (215km) and run (100km) across the three regions of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.  The Challenge is expected to take anything between 45 to 50 hours.

Through this 360 kilometre journey, Mayank expects to raise funds for two local charitable causes through Inspiring Hong Kong Sports Foundation and Outward Bound Hong Kong.

Thanks to the donors, HK$49,000+ was already raised for Ocean Recovery Alliance through Daniel Vanderhave and Mayank Vaid’s attempted tandem HK360Swim in 2019.  Now Mayank is determined to finish what Daniel and Mayank started in 2019.

Inspiring Hong Kong Sports Foundation and Outward Bound Hong Kong will use the funds to assist local sports coaches and students affected by COVID-19 due to closure of sports grounds and classes.

Mayank is a World Record holder for Enduroman Arch 2 Arc Triathlon in 2019 and the pioneer of Hong Kong’s own EverestMan Triathlon in 2020.  An Indian born lawyer and practicing Hong Kong Solicitor, he works in-house for a French retail group in Hong Kong.  Mayank is married to Theresa and blessed with two boys aged 9yr and 5yr with #3 due this November.

Official Partners and donors to HK360Xtreme include:
